Established in 1983, BCS offered services in business telephone systems and cabling infrastructure. To competitively position the business, BCS committed to marketing only the best products from leading manufacturers. These affiliations enabled growth and expansion to support customers nationwide. In the late 1990's, voice and data technologies began to blend into converged products. Historically, traditional voice products were proprietary systems, but now they were beginning to be introduced into the market place as server based products. While introducing this technology into our customer base, we found that many of our clients were looking for a reliable provider of information technology services.

To offer our clients a full service offering, we formed a data division to provide IT support and computer networking equipment. Moreover, this shift allowed us to be a single point of contact for both telephone and computer service needs.

In the early 2000's, we diversified again with the introduction of our Audio Visual department. We began offering conference room solutions, video teleconferencing equipment, projector screens, flat panel displays and smart board technologies. Once again, we found our clients were interested in one service provider that could handle all of their technology needs.
